Now, an Oakland couple is sharing their Irish island discoveries.

IRELAND: Oakland resident Linda Sol and her husband, Ken Corridor, visited Eire on a current Rick Steves tour that included a cease in Dingle (pictured), the place they signed up for “a beautiful boat journey to the Blasket Islands,” Linda says. “If (you) go to Dingle, take a look at Dingle Crystal — all Irish made, not like Waterford.“

TRAVEL TIPS: Along with the fundamentals — “deliver wonderful strolling footwear, put on layers, deliver rain gear” — plan across the appreciable time change. “If on a tour, go early to recover from jet lag, and keep a few days after the tour to discover on (your) personal.”
