MANILA, 8 December 2023: The Division of Tourism Philippines hosted the three-day inaugural version of the Philippine Artistic Tourism Congress (PCTC) on the Orange Challenge Corridor within the Bacolod Metropolis Artwork District from 6 to eight December.
