To Future-Proof the Transport Sector, Think about the End-User I SEADS 2021

Planning for a resilient and inclusive transport sector requires thinking about the user’s future requirements while taking into consideration climate change, population and behavior patterns, environmental risks, technology advances, energy supply and demand, among others, according to experts during the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Southeast Asia Development Symposium (SEADS) 2021.

During the Partner Deep Dive Workshop, “Applying Futures Thinking and Foresight to Transport”, experts stress the need to future-proof the sector against disruptions like the pandemic and other megatrends.
