SACRAMENTO — After nearly 1 / 4 of a century, the way forward for the enduring Aviators Restaurant on the Sacramento Govt Airport is up within the air.

The proprietor, who goes by Chick, has been working Aviators on the south Sacramento airport since 1999.

Hal Baker has been consuming there along with his biking buddies for many years.
